Live music programming is a small but vital part of what we do. Our live room provides an intimate setting with excellent acoustics and room for about 50 attendees. We tend to host a couple of performances each month, so it can take a while to get on the calendar sometimes. Frequently we host artists who we've worked with in the studio or who are trying to get in front of an audience with a new release.
The bulk of our hype/promo happens on our Instagram, so it's important that the artists/promoters also help get the word out. The room is best suited for smaller bands and two or three acts. As far as the door, bands set the entry fee and all money goes to the performers. See below for key details. BYOB is allowed, and can be advertised on your poster. Prism Analog takes no cuts or fees of any kind from artists.

Ticket Price
Ticket price is up to the artists. Normally we charge $10 or $15. Venmo, PayPal, and cash are all good. We can offer pre-sale reservations on our website. You are welcome to run your own online or paper ticketing arrangement as well!
showtime
Typical showtime is 7, ending at 9. You can adjust start time earlier if that gives you more breathing room (e.g. for more than 2 acts).
Space is tight so we encourage sharing backline whenever possible. You are welcome to use any of our instruments and amplifiers!
Backline
load-in
Load in can happen from 3pm but let me know when to expect you in case I'm running around. Use the front door for loading, street parking is free after 6pm.
Sound check at 5pm assuming 7pm start.
Soundcheck
We have a small, well-treated room and so our PA is only needed for vocals and DI. Amps and drums are not mic'd. 8 inputs total, shared between mics and DIs.
PA/Inputs
When the show is over, we’ll forward all ticket sales to a designated band member to distribute. Prism takes no cut or fees. We can cash you out via Venmo, and possibly other means.
